Ok lady to tell you the fact this Hindu man must have married to this Muslim lady according to the Special Marriage Act,1954 the Indian law that is applicable to all Indians who want to do inter-religious marriage as he has done. Now even if he converts to Islam & wants to use the benefits of the Sharia law he cant do this to the extend of getting a second wife during the existence of the pervious one, either he takes divorce from the first one as provided in the Special Marriage Act or according to the common law (civil law)applicable in the country he stays now (if not in India) but that divorce will be valid only if both agree for getting divorce according to the common law otherwise only under the Read the rest of this entry »

Air pressure is reduced… it says so in the question, therefore, Charle’s Law can’t be used because Pressure has to be constant for it to be applied.

Which Law School?

Which Law School?

Answer -I’d take my chances with New England. Albany costs too much and being Tier 3 isn’t going to be that much more helpful over a Tier 4. I’d consider it only if the costs were the same.

New England’s other benefit is that it’s in Boston. Big legal market. Do well at New England, and it being a 4th tier school shouldn’t affect you too much. Read the rest of this entry »
